I am sitting at GLA waiting for Mrs M off the Amsterdam flight. It landed
at 15:36 and it is now 16:40 and their parties luggage would appear to be
have been left in Holland. They are still waiting to get someone to speak
to them re this. It appears to be a total shambles behind the scenes just
now with nobody from KLM available.
How good are KLM at dealing with compensation and arranging delivery etc?
