The BMI Amex card is the one you want,it gives you 20000 miles and if
you join the Diamond Club through the 9000 miles link that'll give you
29000 miles total without taking a flight.More than enough for a miles
plus =A3140 cash flight from GLA to the States one way in First
Class. You can always buy an extra 9000 Diamond Club miles for about
=A3120 which will give you a return flight to the States in Business
Class for a miles + cash redemption.
