CO over the pond

by g-o <david@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jul 7, 2008 at 11:17 AM

Hi chaps,

We just got back from Florida yesterday.

We went out GLA-EWR-MCO on the 21st June and back TPA-EWR-GLA 5th
July.

CO 17 was just about full in Y with 1 or 2 empty seats in J. 16 had a
couple empty in Y and 1 spare seat in J. The service was up to CO's
usual standard and no worse than I experienced on VS recently to JFK.

On TPA-EWR we all got upgraded to F which was nice. The big seats are
much more comfy. There was no meal service on this flight but a couple
of free drinks went down well.

For the second week of our holiday we stayed at the Ritz Carlton in
Sarasota which was wonderful. The hotel and staff were great and
Sarasota is a really beautiful place. I'd highly recommend it to
anyone looking for a relaxing time on a Florida beach. The hotel
itself is located in Sarasota but they run a free shuttle to the
nearby beach club on Lido Key which is terriffic.

Cheers

g
