  It's a little unfair to compare North American airlines with third-world
  cattle carriers like BA.  North American airlines allow every
  passenger to pick a seat in advance, and on many of them these seats
  have better than 31' pitch - even in discounted economy (imagine that!).
  On North American airlines, any passenger can join a frequent flyer
  program and ac***ulate miles (unbelievable, ain't it?).  If you have
  to connect, you connect through a nice modern air****t instead of the
  Heathrow hellhole.

  BA has decent long-haul business class.  Other than that, it is to be
  avoided like a plague.
