Other things I noticed. Listening to the air traffic control just
afterwards 
I noted there was a thunderstorm in the vicinity, and there had in fact
been 
wind sheer re****ted, though of negligible amounts.

We have had so much rain of late, i imagine the grassy areas were pretty 
soft.
