More and more these virus files are coming from off shore and supposedly
many are being created with the sanction of various hostile governments
(N.
Korea, mid-east, etc.).
Funny, isn't it, that anyone dings a government computer incurs the wrath
of
the entire state apparatus, but the ones that hit a few million private
systems never raises much response?
