Scrap Fabric

by "Mike" <mackke@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jan 22, 2005 at 09:40 PM

The fabric I was receiving from Aerostar Inc in Sioux falls, was costing me
$1.00 a pound. The ripstop in the fabric store is more for making coats,
in
kite building stretch is very im****tant not to have. The fabric I use for
kites is zero ****osity. Also im****tant for ballooning.
There are many different types of ripstop nylon, the kind I use for
kites is North Cloth, Bainbridge, and Challenge. Same cloth used in
sailboat
sails and high performance parachutes.
Again, I am trying to find another source of balloon cloth, for
making
big winsocks.
                    Thanks again,
                                        Mike
