Books on hot-air balloons?

by Jim Logajan <JamesL@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Oct 6, 2005 at 05:06 PM

Anyone have recommendations for books on the construction of hot-air
balloons? Most of the titles I found on Amazon seem rather, ahem, light-
weight.

Some likely titles I've located, like "Hot Air Balloons" by Spindler &
McFadden and "Ballooning" by Smith & Wagner have no review information
available. Impossible to tell if they contain anything relevant - hence
this post. (The FAA Balloon Flying handbook is the only book I've located
so far that is worth spending money on, even though it deals more with
operation than construction.)
