Any ideas on firm to use for IPC...within 3 flight hours of Salt Lake

I am out of currency on my IFR flying and wanted to go to an intensive
1 or 2 day IFR IPC course.  Probably one that uses a simulator
extensively.  I fly a Piper Turbo Saratoga.

I've heard is a good school in Vegas and thought the pilot said it was
flight safety but I called Flight Safety today and they said they had
no school in Vegas.  Does anyone have an idea what school this pilot
might have used?

Are there any good schools that anyone would recommend in UT, NV, CA,
CO or Idaho?
