Definition of CFIT?

by Roy Smith <roy@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Mar 29, 2008 at 06:46 PM

I know CFIT means "Controlled Flight Into Terrain", but does an obstacle
such as a radio tower count as "terrain"? My guess is that it doesn't,
but
I can't find anything that says authoritatively one way or the other.
