Weird. You'd think after surviving a floating firefight with in the
Ninth Ward Delta or whatever (what's a BG?) he would have called in
"FEMA, the local PD or National Guard" for sup****t since he appears to
have given at least one of them a serviceable firearm, and they were
around enough not to care that he was carrying weapons.
