I sold a contract, just this week, for a 500% profit in 2 weeks.  It went
up another
100% the following day.
It made me money, and the person who bought it made money.
Yea, I could have made more if I held it longer. But it was "worthless" to
neither me nor the person who bought it.

BTW, most of the airlines that are having BIG problems with fuel costs
are the one's that didn.t hedge their costs with futures contracts.
