The laws of aerodynamics do not change depending on whether there is a
pilot on board. Any good aero text will do. However, if you are
talking about a SMALL uav, which will operate at lower Reynolds number
than full size aircraft, the books on Model Aerodynamics by Martin
Simmons are very good!
